Youth Leader Conference

The National Executive Committee hereby officially announce and invite all eligible members to register for the VEYM/Canada 4th Youth Leaders Convention, with the theme: “Christ in you, our hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27)

Purpose of the Convention:

• To learn and strengthen the faith life of Youth Leaders.
• To provide an opportunity for fellowship, activities, sharing experiences, and fostering friendship and unity among Youth Leaders of the VEYM in Canada.
• To elect the National Executive Committee for the 2025–2029 term.

Participants:       Chaplains, Chaplain Assistants, Youth-Leaders and their family members.

Location:             Stayner Camp & Christian Retreat Centre.240 Scott Street, Stayner, ON L0M 1S0. (Toronto Pearson International Airport. Code YYZ).

Date and Time:    From 5:00PM, Friday August 15 to 3:00PM Sunday August 17, 2025.

Registration Deadline:     May 30, 2025

Registration Fee: $150.00 ($125 for participants attending Training Camp and register by March 31, 2025)

$90.00 for participants under 18, accompanying their family
